Scrapbooks make great keepsakes for yourself or to give as a gift to a loved one.  These books can be centered around a particular event or occasion (such as weddings) a certain theme (junior high years) or can just include some of your favorite pictures of your family.

When ordering scrapbooks you may order an entire album or just a few pages, it is entirely up to you.  If you choose to order an album then the package includes 20 one sided pages (or ten double sided) the cost of all materials and an album to keep the completed pages in.

This package can of course be altered to fit your specific needs. If you have already found an album that you like then I will be glad to either send you the completed page package at a discounted cost, or to arrange the completed pages in your album for you. If you have already started an album and have found that you don't have the time to finish it or that you just don't like scrapbooking then I can assist you with finishing your album. Simply send me all supplies that you have purchased and I will incorporate these into the finished album. Once I am done any unused materials that you sent will of course be returned to you.  The number of pages in an album can also be altered to fit your specific needs. After all these are your memories.

When gathering things that you would like me to add to your scrapbook remember to include everything, not just pictures. Almost anything can be added to a scrapbook. If your item is too large a picture copy of it can be made using a scanner. For most special occasions there are a great deal of special things to remember that may not be captured in a photo, why not include all of these in your scrapbooks? Take a look at the list of possible album themes to get some ideas and to see a list of suggested things to add. Of course you’re not limited to just the things on that list. If you have something that you would really like to have displayed in your album I will do my best to get that in there for you.
 

When it comes time to gather the photos for your album remember to check with other people. Often times at weddings, birthday parties, births etc. there are many, many people that have cameras. All of these people that have cameras are probably more than willing to share their photos with you. Plus they may have a great picture that you or your photographer missed. Check with your family and friends and see what pictures they have. As everyone knows photos don’t always come out the way we want. If you have photos that are blurry, or have red eye don’t worry. Lot’s of times these photos can be fixed, or a portion of the photo can be used. Photos can always be cropped, so if you have pictures of a friend or family member and there is lots of stuff going on in the background don’t worry. Simply let me know which portion of the photo you want and I can crop the photo to add just you favorite part to your album.
 

If you know ahead of time that you will be ordering a themed album then it is easier to save things for the album.  Knowing that you want a particular theme before the event actually occurs makes setting things aside a little easier. The best way to save things for album is to put a box in a safe place that all possible album things go into. When you find something special, come across a great photo, or think of a special story just add it to the box. When in doubt add it anyway. Then when you’re ready to send the materials for your album everything is in one place and ready to go. Before sending it out go through everything that you’ve added to the box and take out the things that you no longer want included. It’s fun to look through the box and reminisce about that special occasion and it makes the whole process a little easier for you.

When ordering scrapbooks another option is to order a pre-made album or pages. These albums are exactly the same as custom albums and pages except you add your photos later instead of having me do it for you. These types of albums make great gifts for bridal and baby showers since the recipient won't have all of their photos yet. Just like custom albums, pre-made albums can be designed around whatever theme you want. Once I have finished the album or pages they will be sent to you. You can then add your favorite photos or give it as a gift and allow them to add their favorite pictures.
