FAQ

What is included in the cost of my album?
The cost of the album includes all embellishments (stickers, brads, tags, etc.) paper, page protectors, an album, as well as labor.

Is the cost of shipping included in the price?
The cost of shipping is not included since the price of shipping will vary depending on the total weight of the album. Neither is the cost of sending me your photos. When I complete your album I will let you know how much shipping is going to be. This cost will be added to the remainder of the cost of the album.

How long will it take to complete my order?
The time it takes me to complete your order will vary depending on what you have ordered and how much work will be involved. For custom scrapbooks, ABC books, and digital scrapbooks allow about 4-6 weeks for them to be completed,. For pre-made albums, recipe card books, and calendars allow 3-5 weeks. Blankets, Shadow Boxes, and Clay Pot figures can usually be completed in one week. If you are ordering a large number of clay pots it may take up to 2 weeks for them to all be completed. These times are just estimates, actual times may vary depending on how much detail you want and the size of your order,. Depending on the number of orders I am currently working on I may be able to rush you order for an additional cost.

When and how do I pay you?
I require 50% of the total cost up front before I begin work on your order. Once I have completed your order I will notify you and the other 50% will be due. The cost of shipping your order will be added in to the second payment. Payments need to be made in the form of either a money order or bank check. I’m sorry but I’m not accepting credit card orders or personal checks at this time.

Will you have to crop my photos?
Your photos do not have to be cropped. Sometimes cropping the photo is needed to help it fit in with the rest of the page but if there are things that you do not wish to have altered then I will find another way to include these.

How do I send you my photos?
You can send me your photos in a number of ways. You can send me your photos and other memorabilia in a photo envelope or box to help protect them during shipping. You may also send me a CD with you photos on it. If you choose to send a Photo CD the cost of printing the photos will be added to the second payment at .19 per photo.

Do you have to use my original photos?
No. Often times when I make scrapbooks for my family I make copies of the photos first so that I am not cutting and gluing my originals. If you do not want your originals used in your scrapbook then you can do one of three things. You can make a copy of your photos before shipping and send me the copy, you can send me a CD with copies of your photos on them, or you can send me your photos and I’ll make copies for you. If you choose to have me make copies of your photos or to print photos from a CD then there will be an additional fee of $5.00 an hour for scanning and .19 per photo for printing.
